One place almost next to the Perkins in Spokane, could be the WSU/EWU riverside campus. The Health Sciences building has several large lobbies on the 1st and 3rd floors. The 1st floor has a small coffee and sandwhich shop (not sure if it's open on Saturdays).
I'll look into it as a possibility if folks are interested.

It appears that all the main buildings (Health Sciences, Phase, etc.) all close for the weekend, EXCEPT the Academic Center (also referred to as the SAC) with the Library, open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays.
I will check out those facilities and see if they may be a good fit or now. Meanwhile does the general location look good for folks? Or should we stick with Perkins?
